LuxiWigs Return & Hygiene Policy
Due to the nature of our products and strictly for health and hygiene reasons, all hair products must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a return:
- Condition: The wig must be in its original, factory-shipped condition. It must not have been worn, cut, styled, or had the lace trimmed.
- Packaging: All original tags, hair nets, and packaging must be intact.
- Inspection: Every return is subject to a rigorous hygiene inspection. If any sign of use or odor (perfume, smoke, etc.) is detected, the return will be rejected.
- Wholesale Returns: Defective items must be reported within 30 days of delivery for a credit or replacement.
- Final Sale: Clearance items and customized wigs are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
